The challenges in the new millennium require that both teachers and students become competent users of ICT, able to integrate Web 2.0 tools into their daily teaching and learning.
Many of these tools are currently being used by educators to teach ESL or EFL. This blog is dedicated to those tools which can easily be adapted for use in the English classroom. It's a question of using these tools in innovative ways in order to engage our digital learners and motivate them to learn English!

DIGITAL STORIES WITH STUPEFLIX
My students and I have been working on digital stories this past month. Some have used a new tool called Stupeflix, whilst others have used Moviemaker. I'm really happy with the results and I'd like to share a couple of their examples.
They've all worked really hard and I think they've learned quite a lot. Obviously they've had to practise a lot of English (Script writing, dubbing photos and images, subtitling), however, they've also learnt some other great skills; use of technologies, problem-solving, pair-work, negotiation. All in all, they seem to have enjoyed themselves and I am very proud of the final results!
